Refund Policy

We process orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.​Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we are typically unable to make changes. If your order has not yet processed or shipped, you may be able to cancel it.

To cancel an order that has not yet processed or shipped, please log in to your account for your clinic's online store and click on "Account" in the upper right corner of the site. Select "My Orders" and locate the order in question. If your order is still able to be cancelled, you will see a "Cancel order" button.

Tracking Shipping Updates:

Once your order is approved by your veterinarian and shipped, you will receive a text message or email with tracking information. You may also check for shipping updates by logging into your account and visiting the Orders page.
