Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. If you change your mind after you have made this donation, please contact our office.

Shipping policy:

We ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM MST, excluding holidays). Shipping charges will be quoted on the checkout screen prior to the order being completed. We use UPS and Fedex and all shipments require signature to confirm delivery unless you specify that you want the signature waived.
